Time FrameOfficial Opening May 28th
The Seven Dwarf's Mine Train is a family coaster coming to the Enchanted Forest section of Fantasyland. It will feature a first-of-its kind ride system with a train of ride vehicles that swing back and forth, responding to every twist and turn of the track. The journey will be accompanied by music from the classic Disney film and animated figures of Snow White and the Dwarfs. Per Disney, the ride will take Magic Kingdom Park guests on a musical journey through the mine “where a million diamonds shine".
Additional ride specifications:
- The height requirement is 38 inches (97 cm)
- There will be 5 "trains" total
- Each car seats 4 guests in 2 rows of 2. Each train contains 5 cars for a total of 20 guests per train. The vehicles themselves are on a cradle like pivot and can swing back and forth.
- This will be a Fastpass+ attraction
- It will have an interactive queue
- Show elements from Snow White's Scary Adventures will appear in the new attraction as well as new show elements.
- Snow White will make an appearance in the attraction
- All Seven Dwarfs will appear as animatronics in the mine.
- The figures of Grumpy, Doc, Bashful, Sleepy, and Happy, seen in the cottage near the end of the attraction, originally appeared in Snow White’s Scary Adventure, a Magic Kingdom attraction now the site of Princess Fairytale Hall. The figures of Snow White, Dopey and Sneezy, in the cottage scene, were created for this attraction.
- The ride is approximately 2 minutes long
- Guests must transfer from wheelchair

Interactive Queue details:
The queue for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train includes many interactive components. The first element is a jewel sorting station. Jewels flow buy guests in a 15-foot wooden sluice, and guests can sort them into different trays based on color and shape (the gems come in four different sizes and six colors). Music from the film “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” can be created in this section when guests move from spigot to spigot. There are 12 spigots, inspired by the Dwarfs’ woodland friends, that each correspond to the notes of a musical scale.
Another element is the Vault room. This is a nod to the scene in the film “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” where Dopey hangs a key on the wall just outside the mine’s Vault room door.
